Dual Perspective and Shared Understanding.
As an autistic adult and parent of neurodiverse young adults, I understand many of the challenges it takes to launch from both sides. Let me help you develop the skills you need to feel confident as you begin the next phase of your life.
1:1 Coaching
Personalized support for life’s next steps.
Launching into college, work, or into general adulting can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Through 1:1 coaching, I work alongside neurodiverse young adults to build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the real world.
What sessions look like:
A calm, supportive space where you’re heard and understood
Clear, step-by-step strategies tailored to your goals
Practice with real-life situations (job interviews, class communication, scheduling, self-advocacy)
Accountability and encouragement to keep progress moving forward
Focus areas may include:
Executive functioning (planning, organization, time management)
Communication and self-advocacy
Routines for school, work, or daily life
Stress management and problem-solving
How it works:
Weekly or biweekly sessions (virtual or in-person)
Tools and resources you can use right away
Progress check-ins to celebrate wins and adjust strategies as needed
Small Group Programs
Grow skills. Build confidence. Connect with peers.
Sometimes the best learning happens together. Small group coaching brings neurodiverse young people together in a supportive, welcoming space to practice real-world skills, share experiences, and build community.
What sessions look like:
Interactive activities and guided discussions led by Coach Catie
A safe environment to practice communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
Opportunities to learn from peers who understand similar challenges and strengths
Encouragement to try new strategies and celebrate progress together
Focus areas may include:
Social and workplace communication
Executive functioning and organization skills
Self-advocacy and confidence-building
Coping strategies for stress and change
Practicing independence while strengthening connections
How it works:
Small groups (5–10 participants) to keep sessions personal and interactive
Weekly sessions, offered virtually or in person
Real-life practice and take-home strategies to apply between meetings
Fireside Chats
Instead of lectures and traditional speaking engagements, I host interactive “fireside chats,” which are relaxed group conversations where I share practical tools, answer questions, and normalize the challenges of launching into adulthood as a neurodiverse young person. These chats provide families and young adults with the opportunity to hear real-life strategies, connect through shared experiences, and walk away with clear steps they can implement immediately.

Coaching works best when a client can engage in reciprocal communication, meaning they’re able to share their thoughts and respond to guidance in a back-and-forth way. Clients should also have a desire to learn and apply new strategies, and be at a stage where they’re actively building the skills needed to thrive more independently at school, work, or in daily life.
