Meet Catie

Catie Hauch is a coach, consultant, and advocate who helps individuals and organizations create spaces where neurodiverse people can thrive. As an autistic adult and parent of young adults with ADHD and autism, she brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work, offering insight, empathy, and practical strategies.

With a Master’s degree in Coaching and Wellness and certification as a Certified Autism Specialist, Catie blends evidence-based tools with personal understanding. Her approach is clear, compassionate, and designed to build confidence, communication skills, and sustainable routines, whether she’s coaching neurodiverse young adults through college and workplace transitions or guiding organizations to develop inclusive practices and procedures.

In addition to her coaching practice, Catie is also the founder and director of Dance United in Holland, MI, which has been welcoming dancers of all abilities for over six years. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she has developed a deep commitment to creating supportive environments where people can express themselves, grow, and feel a sense of belonging.

Beyond her professional roles, Catie enjoys thrifting, traveling, and relaxing with her husband of over 20 years, their four children, two cats, and a dog.
